Training Sessions

  • 5 sessions package - I will provide overall guidance on your training and what will be most helpful to reach your goals. Can be used as stand alone sessions, or in combination with online coaching (spaced out in whatever way works best for you and your goals).
    • $70/session for 5-pack
  • 10 session package - To guide you through one or more main workouts every week. Meant to be used in combination with online coaching
    • $60/session

Other In-Person Options

1-hour Training Schedule Workshop
50.00

Meet up at Haddon Hill Cafe (or elsewhere/virtually) and work together to craft a training schedule for you, as well as answer any questions you may have. If you want something more in-depth, to really craft every detail together, probably would be a good idea to buy 2-hours worth. Another option would be to meet up and chat about your schedule multiple times during your training block.
