Summer Training Progarm


We want to help you make lasting improvements to your running. This personalized, online coaching program is for all runners, regardless of experience and skill. 12-weeks long (Jun-Aug), the program includes a personalized schedule, regular email and phone contact with an experienced coach, as well as running education suited to your needs.

Who is it for?

Whether your goal is simply to run and feel inspired, complete your first ultramarathon, or improve your 5k time (or anything in between), this program is for you! It will be tailored specifically to you, based on your history and goals.

How does it work?

After a phone call with Coach Nate, we will start you off on a schedule suited to your running history and goals. Based on weekly email feedback and a phone call every 3rd week, we will make adjustments to your schedule as you go. Also, you will receive weekly educational videos/podcasts/blog-posts based on the questions and needs that are coming up among everyone in the class.

Can I do the running program along with a group of friends?

Of course! That would be fantastic! Email to get a group discount.

What if I am unsatisfied with the running program?

Cancel anytime and get a 100% refund if you are unhappy with the program. No questions, no hassles.
